The convenient location allowed us easy access to restaurants and Juffair Mall. While I appreciated the potential of the facilities like the pool and spa, the cleanliness and maintenance of our apartment were disappointing, impacting our overall experience.

It was important to get Wheelchair Accessible room with balcony and tissues, for instance and that went well.

When we arrived, our wheelchair accessible room with kitchen, balcony, as for instance was ready. The cost was gbp 17.

The seasonal outdoor swimming pool was a highlight, perfect for unwinding after a busy day.

I encountered filthy conditions in the room, and the shower had persistent issues. While the friendly staff made efforts to assist, the amenities could still use improvement, such as providing more towels.

Beautiful position in Manama😃

I stayed in this hotel for 6 nights and liked it. The place was clean with really helpful staff members. The setting was beautiful, short walk to a shopping centre, restaurants, bus stops, shops and bars and restaurants. Plus, the property was close to Lulu Hypermarket.

The spacious two-bedroom suite is perfect for families, and the staff was friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. The location is fantastic for exploring local attractions.

A few maintenance issues in the room could be addressed to enhance the overall experience.

The one-bedroom suite features a spacious layout and a decent view. The kitchen is equipped for basic meal prep, providing convenience for longer stays.

Received a smoking room despite requesting a non-smoking option, and even after being moved, there was a lingering smell of smoke. The cleanliness left much to be desired with hairs found in drawers, dusty corners, and stained sofa. Lack of basic amenities like a hairdryer and only one glass present with brown residue is unacceptable. The pool was uninviting with debris floating, and the tiles around it appeared to need immediate attention.

The two-bedroom suite was spacious, ideal for our family with two bathrooms and a roomy kitchen. The water pressure in the shower was excellent, and it was a joy to enjoy the beautiful city view from our room. The location offered easy access to Juffair Mall and nearby coffee shops.

The overall cleanliness and attention to detail in the suite were below expectations.

Oh where do I begin. The room had a horrible fish smell, and wait times were atrocious-the staff wouldn't even bring us proper towels! I expected a good upgrade for my stay but got nothing. I almost thought I'd have a good review but I just couldn't overlook the state of the pool, filthy. Don't waste your time here.

The two bedroom suite offered a fine lake view. The decor was modern and inviting. The location is also ideal for exploring local attractions.

Unfortunately, the service fell short of expectations, with delays in response times from the staff.

I enjoyed the spacious two-bedroom suite and the great water pressure in the shower. one key/card per apartment was inconvenient. I'd consider staying again if improvements were made.

We really enjoyed the spaciousness of the two-bedroom suite, perfect for our group of four with two bathrooms and a roomy kitchen. The lack of basic maintenance like kitchen utensils and cleanliness left a lot to be desired. We had repeated issues getting extra towels and the staff seemed overwhelmed with our requests.
